Although the thought of traveling to Europe can be daunting, with kids no less, Europe is actually filled with several family-friendly cities that would make any trip memorable and worthwhile. The following are all great options for your next family visit in Europe.

London

London is the perfect destination for families that are traveling with children and teenagers. Beautiful parks and playgrounds are commonplace, and there are plenty of famous sites to see: Buckingham Palace, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the National Gallery in Trafalgar Square.

Stockholm

As the capital of Sweden, there are a plethora of things to do on a family trip to this gorgeous city. Gamla Stan, or Old Town, is filled with cafes, authentic restaurants, boutiques, and famous sights and attractions. Its bright colors are enough to attract children of any age.

The Vasa  Museum is great for an interesting history lesson, in addition to Sverige’s Kungahus (or The Royal Palace), where visitors can see the changing of the guard. Rome

Rome’s beauty is enough to anyone swoon. More than that, there is an abundance of sighs to see.  The capital of Italy is home to the Colosseum,  the Trevi Fountain (be sure to make a wish!), the Spanish Steps, St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican, and the Sistine Chapel.
